Evolutionary Change to Overcome Resistance

New approaches to organization change have emerged: Agile Change Management, Lean Change Method, the Kanban Method.

These are ‘pull vs. push’ approaches. They have engagement built in - no gimmicks.

 

Introduced to Scrum coaches in Japan in 2014 Unique approach: Manager-led, focus on Agreement about the problem first, mindset of ‘testing solution hypothesis’, and measuring results.

 

We will give an overview, give concrete examples, and introduce the tools we use.

Participants will be able to understand the evolutionary approach to change, how to start it, and how to keep it going.
